Plunder Panic

Mixing Artist, Audio Engineer and SFX

​

Plunder Panic is an award winning 2D couch multiplayer platforming game being developed for the Nintendo Switch where competing teams must plunder their way to victory

​

My contributions to the project included:

​

  • Fully mixed the game and reworking sfx to be more game play focused

​

  • Recording and mixing new sound effects to flesh out much of the UI and splash screens​​

​​

  • Directed implementation of new audio manager 

Island Saver is an endless side scrolling platformer released on Android and IOS made with the Michigan State University Federal Credit Union to help teach financial literacy while having fun.

​

My contributions to the project included:

​

  • Mixing included sound effects and recording new ones to fully flesh out the game for it's 1.1 update

​​

  • Going back and revising the previous implementation of audio to remove audio related bugs

​​

  • Directed implementation of new audio manager 

Aseptic Training VR

Sound Designer, Mixing Artist, Audio Engineer and SFX

​

Aseptic Training VR is a VR simulation built to teach the aseptic process to nurses in training, while saving hospitals money on materials and reducing waste.

​

My contributions to the project included:

​

  • Recorded, mixed, and mastered all sound effects​

​

  • Full Unity spacial audio implementation for accurate and immersive VR​ experience

MSU FCU 19

Sound Designer, Mixing Artist, Audio Engineer and SFX

​

MSU FCU 19 is a vr project developed for the Oculus Quest for the Michigan State University Federal Credit Union to take to schools and teach financial literacy.

​

My contributions to the project included:

​

  • Recorded, mixed, and mastered all sound effects​

​

  • Mixed and Mastered the music written by colleague

​

  • Met with researchers in making sure the in game audio was an active part of the learning process

Brain Powered Games Africa is a grant funded project that was developed to help research the impacts of malaria and HIV on afflicted children's brains, while teaching them the skills needed to succeed in the modern world.

​

My contributions to the project included:

​

  • Recorded, mixed, and mastered all sound effects for the games

​

  • Directed the implementation of the game's audio manager

​

  • Mixed and Mastered the music written by colleague

​

  • Met with researchers in making sure the in game audio was an active part of the learning process

BPG Africa, Village Builder

Sound Designer, Mixing Artist, Audio Engineer and SFX

Whipslash

Lead Sound Designer, Mixing Artist, Audio Engineer, Composer and SFX

​

Whipslash is VR beat 'em up set in a robotic future heavily inspired by Doom and Gorn.

​

My contributions to the project included:

​

  • Recorded, mixed, and mastered all of the sfx and music

​

  • Worked with Unity spacial audio and spacial recording to create an immersive soundscape

​

  • Heavily used software synths and heavily modulated recordings to match the robotic theme of the game

​

  • Composed all music and directed implementation of dynamic music

​

Undead Postal Service

Lead Sound Designer, Mixing Artist, Audio Engineer, Composer and SFX

​

Undead Postal Service is a 2D Metroidvania style game set during the zombie apocalypse, where against all odds the mail must be delivered.

​

My contributions to the project included:

​

  • Composed the in game music while mixing and mastering all of the games music

​

  • Directed implementation of custom 2D stereo audio tracking

​​

  • Lead audio production while mentoring and guiding fellow student and group member through the full process of in game audio production

​​

  • Composed music in Ableton Live while primarily doing recording and sfx work in Reaper

​

Drum Beat City is dungeon crawler rhythm game where the player uses a Rock Band drum kit to navigate an abandoned cityscape fighting monsters along the way.

​

My contributions to the project included:

​

  • Composed, mixed and mastered in game music

​

  • Directed implementation of dynamic in game music

​​

  • Worked along side the team to give the game and character a musical theme and direction

​​

  • Made fully dynamic in game music with Ableton Live 9 and vst software synths

​

Scarf Cats

Scarf Cats is a co-op 3D adventure game featuring puzzles, platforming, and cats with scarves.

​

My contributions to the project included:

​

  • Composed, mixed and mastered all music for the game

​​

  • Iterated on musical themes to match team feedback and vision of the game

​​

  • Made in game and menu music with Ableton Live 9 and sampled midi vst instruments

​
